Chef Matt Long is a Red Seal trained chef who has been working in the kitchen since he was 12 years old! His dream was to own his own restaurant one day, and the right place and right time happened to be Lucan with his lovely local fiance Jodi. Together they worked hard and opened their rustic restaurant with bar and grill style food with a little extra love in there! They are already becoming a great part of the community, supporting local businesses and farmers, and are so happy to finally be opened to serve their tasty menu of food and beverages!
